I. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and HILALI GAMES ("we", "us", "our") which governs your use of our apps, including Find the Cat ("the Game").
By installing or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not install or use the Game.
II. Age Requirement
The Game is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under 13 years of age, please have a parent or legal guardian review these terms with you before using the Game.
III. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose
- Transfer, sublicense, or sell your rights to the Game
- Use cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
IV. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, images, sounds, music, text, and game mechanics, is owned by HILALI GAMES and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Game's cat illustrations, level designs, and all original artwork are the exclusive property of HILALI GAMES.
V. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
We are not responsible for any charges incurred through unauthorized use of in-app purchases.
VI. Game Progress & Data
Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of game data due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You may delete all your data at any time through the "Delete Account" option in the Game's settings.
VII. Third-Party Services
The Game may contain links to or utilize third-party services (such as app stores). These services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.
VIII. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
IX. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HILALI GAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.
X. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
XI. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
XII. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
